PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨 By scheduling an appointment, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to my policies. There is a 10-minute grace period for each appointment. If you exceed this time, the appointment will be canceled and a late/cancellation fee of 60% of the total service will be applied. If I do not receive a response from you within the 10-minute grace period, it will be marked as a no-call/no-show and the card on file will be charge 75% of the service fee. If you need to reschedule please do so 24 hours before your appointment. Anything after this will result in a cancellation fee of 60% of the total service. If you experience an emergency or illness, please reach out as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling will require a deposit of 65% of the total service cost for each new appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment. Deposits must be paid in advance to secure your booking. I accept Debit/Credit, Apple Pay or Cash which is always preferred. If you have cash please bring the exact amount to your appointment. Every client that books must have a valid card to be kept on file. The card on file does not get charged before the service. All appointments booked and completed are non-refundable. All sales are final on all products sold. All first time/new wax clients must pay a $25 deposit that goes towards their appointment. This is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you are sick, think you may be sick, have been exposed to sickness or getting over being sick please reschedule your appointment or contact me as soon as possible. If you feel sick the night before please don’t risk coming in for your appointment. I understand life happens and sometimes you may have to cancel the morning of your appointment. If you have an emergency please reach out to me. I ask that you come to your appointment alone, but if you do have a guest with you, they can stay in the waiting area!
