Cancellations/No call no shows Cancellations/rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in paying a fee of 70% of the total service cost. No call no show appointments will pay a 85% fee of the total service cost and may be subject to not being able to make another appointment. If multiple reschedulings/cancellations occur, a 65% nonrefundable retainer fee will be required for every appointment going forward. This fee cannot be transferred or applied toward another appointment. Late Arrival Policy I ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. A 7-minute grace period is provided for all appointments excluding shorter services lasting less than 10 minutes. Arrivals beyond the 7-minute grace period will be cancelled and charged the cancellation fee of 70% of the total service. If you anticipate being late, please reach out via text so I can determine whether your appointment can still be accommodated. Failure to communicate or arriving beyond the grace period will be considered a no-call no-show and will result in a fee of 85% of the total service cost. Age policy You must be 18 or older to book and receive a service Guest/child policy Please communicate with me prior to your appointment if you would like to bring a guest or child with you. All guests must be approved by me in advance. I kindly ask that you arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved. Product sales policy All purchases made on products are final sale. Deposit (Retainer) fee policy Retainers may be transferred one time if an appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Any additional rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the original retainer, and a new retainer fee will be required to secure another appointment. Retainers are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred more than once. Sick policy I do not charge cancellation fees for last-minute cancellations due to illness, as long as you notify me before your scheduled appointment time. Notifications received at or after your appointment time will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. If you arrive sick, your appointment will be canceled and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged. Please communicate with me if you are currently sick or have recently been sick so we can reschedule for a time when you are no longer contagious. Consent forms Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email confirmation with a consent form link at the bottom. Please complete the form as soon as possible after booking, no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to submit the form within this timeframe may result in cancellation. Consent forms only need to be completed once and do not need to be resubmitted for every appointment unless there are changes to your information.
